Terms of Service for DocuDraw

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the DocuDraw app ("the App") provided by Roba Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DocuDraw is an app that combines a rich text editor and whiteboard in one place, allowing users to create and edit documents alongside visual content. The App operates exclusively within the monday.com platform.

To use the App, you must:

• Have an active monday.com account
• Install the App from the monday.com marketplace
• Complete the subscription process after the 14-day free trial period

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with monday.com's terms of service
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App

4. Service Limitations

The App:

• Operates within monday.com's platform and depends on its availability
• Stores all data within monday.com's instance storage
• Is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• May be subject to updates that occur automatically

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its code, design, and functionality, is owned by Roba Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App within monday.com's platform according to these terms.

6. Privacy and Data Processing

The App does not collect or store any data outside of monday.com. All data created and managed by the App is stored within monday.com's instance storage. For complete information about data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription and Billing

DocuDraw offers a 14-day free trial period. After this period, users must subscribe to continue using the App. All billing and subscription management is handled through monday.com's marketplace platform. Subscription terms, including pricing and billing cycles, are subject to monday.com's marketplace policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roba Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the monday.com platform or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Updates and Modifications

The App may be updated automatically. Most updates will occur seamlessly without notification. For significant updates that include breaking changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the monday.com platform or via email.
