Install the Nexio view

Add Nexio to your monday.com board in seconds. No complicated setup, no technical knowledge required.

Click on "Add View" in your monday.com board

Navigate to "Explore more views" at the bottom

Search for "Nexio" and install it

Pro Tip

Once installed, you'll see the Nexio tab appear in your board views. This is your command center for all email templates and settings.

Connect your email accounts

Securely connect your Gmail or Outlook accounts with one-click OAuth authentication. Your credentials stay safe and secure.

Navigate to the "Email Accounts" tab in Nexio

Click "Connect Account" to add a new email

Choose Gmail or Outlook as your provider

Complete the secure OAuth authentication process

Important

Accept all requested permissions during authentication - this is required for Nexio to send emails on your behalf.

You're all set!

Once connected, your email accounts will appear in this tab and can be selected when setting up automations.

Create beautiful email templates

Design professional email templates with our powerful WYSIWYG editor. Add rich formatting, images, and dynamic data from your monday.com boards.

Go to the "Templates" tab and click "Create Template"

Use the WYSIWYG editor to design your email

Add rich text formatting - bold, italic, headings, lists

Insert dynamic variables from board columns

Include images and file attachments from your boards

Template Features

• Click-and-insert variables for email body content

• Inline images and hyperlinks

• File attachments from your file columns

• Professional formatting options

Note for Subject Lines

For the email subject line and hyperlinks, you need to manually reference board data using the exact column IDs shown in curly braces below each column. The click-and-insert function only works for the email body content.

Configure your automation

Navigate to monday.com's Automation Center

Search for "Nexio" and select it from results

Choose from available automation recipes based on your needs

Click "Use template" on your preferred recipe

Configure These Fields

Template: Select from your previously created email templates

Email Account: Choose from which account the emails should be sent

Recipient Column: Select the board column that contains the email addresses of your recipients

You're Done!

Your automation will now send personalized, professional emails using your template whenever the specified trigger occurs. No more embarrassing plain text emails!
