The Service

Nexio transforms monday.com's plain-text email limitations into rich, professional communications. Our application enables you to create HTML email templates, connect your Gmail or Outlook accounts through secure OAuth authentication, and automate email delivery directly from your monday.com workflows.

The application operates entirely within monday.com's infrastructure. Your email templates are stored using monday.com's native storage, your OAuth credentials are secured in monday.com's encrypted vault, and all email sending logs remain within your monday.com environment. We deliberately designed Nexio to minimize data exposure by avoiding independent data storage.

Email Provider Integration

Nexio requires authorization to send emails on your behalf through either Gmail or Microsoft Outlook. For Gmail, we request only the gmail.send scope. For Outlook, we require Mail.send and User.read permissions. These permissions allow Nexio to send emails using your connected account while maintaining the principle of least privilege.

Your OAuth tokens are stored exclusively in monday.com's secret storage and are never transmitted to or stored on external servers. When these tokens expire or are revoked by the email provider, the affected automations will immediately cease functioning until you reauthorize the connection. We do not implement retry mechanisms for failed authentications to prevent potential security issues.

Email Delivery and Limitations

Email delivery through Nexio depends on factors beyond our control, including your email provider's API availability, recipient server policies, and internet connectivity. We attempt each email send operation exactly once. If a send operation fails due to API errors, rate limiting, or authentication issues, we report the failure immediately without retry attempts.

You acknowledge that email delivery is inherently unreliable and that various technical and policy factors can prevent successful delivery even when our application functions correctly. These factors include but are not limited to spam filtering, recipient server configuration, DNS issues, and temporary service outages at email providers.

Your Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the content of emails sent through Nexio. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable anti-spam regulations such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar legislation in your jurisdiction. You must obtain appropriate consent from recipients and provide accurate sender identification in all communications.

You warrant that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to send emails to all specified recipients and that your email content does not violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or contain illegal content. You agree not to use Nexio for sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, or any communications that could be reasonably classified as abusive or harassment.

Data Handling

All data processing occurs within monday.com's infrastructure. Email templates, sending logs, and OAuth credentials remain in monday.com's environment and are subject to monday.com's data retention and security policies. We do not independently collect, store, or process your email content, recipient lists, or authentication credentials.

Email sending logs are maintained within your monday.com account for tracking and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are visible only to authorized users in your monday.com account and are not accessible to us.

Pricing and Usage

Nexio operates on a usage-based pricing model with a complimentary tier allowing limited monthly email sends. Exact usage limits and pricing details are displayed within the application and may change at our discretion. All billing is processed through monday.com's marketplace system, and we do not directly handle payment processing or billing disputes.

Usage charges are calculated based on successfully completed send operations. Failed operations due to invalid OAuth credentials, API errors, or other technical issues are not counted toward your usage quota.

Service Availability

We provide Nexio on a commercially reasonable efforts basis but make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or availability. The service depends on monday.com's platform, email provider APIs, and various internet infrastructure components, all of which may experience interruptions.

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance when possible, but emergency maintenance may occur without prior notification.

Limitations of Liability

We provide Nexio "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free from errors.

Our liability for any claims arising from your use of Nexio is limited to the amounts you have actually paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

We specifically disclaim liability for email delivery failures, content of sent emails, actions of email recipients, or consequences of email provider policy changes. We are not responsible for ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations or other legal requirements applicable to your email communications.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of Nexio, the content of emails you send, violations of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Nexio and all associated intellectual property remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of your email content and templates while granting us the necessary rights to provide the service.

Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use Nexio. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without cause. Upon termination, your access to Nexio will cease immediately, and any active automations will be disabled. Data retention following termination is governed by monday.com's policies.

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms within the application or on our website. Continued use of Nexio after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with modifications, you must discontinue use of the service.

Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Nexio and supersede all prior communications and proposals. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
