These permissions are used solely for the purpose of executing the automated timeline updates and managing API usage within your account's limits. They are not used for any other purposes.

• The App is hosted entirely on monday code (monday.com's secure hosting platform)
• No data is stored or cached outside of monday.com's infrastructure
• All data processing occurs in real-time within the monday.com environment
• We do not maintain any separate databases or data storage systems
