Terms of Service for Timeline auto-sync

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the Timeline auto-sync app ("the App") provided by Roba Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Timeline auto-sync is an automation app that synchronizes timeline dates with completion dates in your monday.com boards. The App operates exclusively within the monday.com platform and requires specific column types to function properly.

To use the App, you must:

  • Have an active monday.com account
  • Set up the required column types (completion date and timeline)
  • Grant necessary OAuth permissions (board:read, board:write and account:read)

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with monday.com's terms of service
  • Maintain appropriate column configurations for the App to function properly
  • Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

4. Service Limitations

The App:

  • Operates in real-time and depends on monday.com's platform availability
  • May experience temporary interruptions during monday.com maintenance periods
  • Requires proper column configuration to function correctly
  • Is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its code, design, and functionality, is owned by Roba Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App within monday.com's platform according to these terms.

6. Privacy and Data Processing

The App processes data in real-time within monday.com's infrastructure and does not store any user data. For complete information about data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roba Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the App

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the monday.com platform or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
